Awe Glamping Booking Policy

Guests are required to pay the full booking amount in advance. Please note that 30% of this total is non-refundable.

Our standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. Only government-issued IDs are accepted as valid identification proof.

Awe Glamping Manali reserves the right to admission.

Ensure your belongings are secure, as Awe Glamping will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Non-resident guests are not permitted on the property.

By booking your stay at Awe Glamping, you acknowledge the remote nature of our location and agree not to hold us liable for any injury or harm that might occur on our site.
Cancellation Policy

We have a credit policy for cancellations, where the applicable amount remains as credit with us for one year from the original booking date.

We do not offer cash or bank refunds for any bookings.

30% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation before 30 days from check-in date: 70% credits (70% of the booking amount).

Cancellation between 16 to 30 days from check-in date: 65% credits (65% of the booking amount).

Cancellation between 8 to 15 days from check-in date: 50% credits (50% of the booking amount).

Cancellation within 7 days from check-in date: No credits.

You can use your credits for any future single booking within one year from the original booking date. These credits are transferable to friends or family.

Credits must be used in a single booking and are only applicable to stays. They cannot be used for adjustments or discounts on meals.

If the credit amount remains unused after rebooking or after one year from the original booking date, it will lapse.

Please note that the credit amount is non-refundable in cash and can only be used for future bookings. The actual price of the stay during future booking dates may vary depending on the season.

All booking requests require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.

If there is a difference between the future booking amount and the credited amount, you will need to pay the balance.

If you reduce your stay, the same cancellation policy applies.

If the property is unable to host you due to local or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a credit for the same amount. This credit can be used for any future booking at Awe Glamping.
